The BNP’s three front organisations – Jatiotabadi Jubodal, Swechchasebak Dal and Chhatra Dal – will bring out a march towards the Indian High Commission in Dhaka tomorrow (8 December), to protest the recent attack at the Bangladesh Assistant High Commission in Agartala, desecration of Bangladesh’s flag, and alleged plot to create communal unrest.
The protest will begin from the party’s central office at Nayapaltan at 10am, said a press release issued by Jubodal on behalf of all three organisations this evening (7 December).
The three organisations will also submit a memorandum to the Indian High Commission in protest against the issues.

Earlier in the day, a section of India’s civil society under the rightist Hindu nationalist organisation Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) announced that they will take out a protest march to the Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi on 10 December.
The attack on the Bangladesh Assistant High Commission took place on 2 December as thousands of people took out a massive rally in the Tripura capital to protest the arrest of former Iskcon leader Chinmoy Krishna Das Brahmachari, demand his immediate release, and the stoppage of reported attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh.
The Bangladesh government expressed deep resentment over the violent demonstration and “heinous attack” by members of the Hindu Sangharsh Samity.
Following the incident, India’s Ministry of External Affairs said the breach of premises at the Bangladesh Assistant High Commission in Agartala was “deeply regrettable”.
