555 NBR officials transferred

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has transferred and reassigned 555 assistant revenue officers in its latest large-scale reshuffle.
The changes were announced Tuesday through two separate notifications.
According to the orders signed by Tanvir Ahmed, Second Secretary of NBR’s Customs and VAT Administration-3, 459 officers were transferred under one circular, while another 96 were reassigned under a separate order.
Both directives stated that the decisions were made “in the public interest” and would take effect immediately.
The new changes have made just a day after 182 assistant revenue officers were transferred on Monday.
